January 15th

Wow what a day!!! Got up way to early but it was well worth it. I had my meeting with one school today the other had to cancel but I did reschedule for tomorrow. Meeting went great with the school and two reps from Blackberry. They were an added benefit to my success today and will be in the future also. I got a total of 62 contacts today! Now mind you I did not get to speak to everyone of them today but I now have the ability to contact each and every one of them. Talk about building relationships Whoa I have been building this one for months and it has paid off for me.
I also have two meetings tomorrow with different schools and one has the most booster clubs in our entire county. That is just unbelievable! Yes I was nervous as heck walking in their this morning but gained my composure and went on with it. Really what other choice did I have? None! I have reasons and my reasons are why`s. Why I`m doing this,why I keep pushing on in something that I believe in so much. My why`s could fill up every ones blogs tonight.
So what makes this so great about the schools boosters? I`ll tell you why because they are struggling so bad right now and have been for some time to keep these programs going so our kids can stay involved with extracurricular activities and off the streets or in gangs, not doing drugs but playing football or cheer leading.
I heard a story today at our meeting and I will share it with you all. In one specific booster activity and I am sure there are more than one but, budget cuts have forced the buses these kids use to get home from their activities to stop running. There for they have no way to get home and can not participate in any extracurricular activities. All because of a bus that can not take them home. This school was known for it`s sports players abilities and now this year they are not competing at levels they should be. It`s more then just that but it has a pretty big part in all this and I know by using MY Power Mall they can achieve their goals on bringing back the buses or using other means and paying them for it. One way or the other I will make it my goal to get these boosters going and everyone of them having a Power Mall to create ongoing funding year long for each of them. You know the power of five is wonderful but, we have to remember that one will always come before five. With that being said I wish you all a safe and good night. See you on the call!!!
