Ok it`s getting tough and I am getting tougher. Seeing my progress is great but not seeing any world changers under me is disheartening. What is wrong with these people?lol Do they not know what they are missing out on here? Hmm you know what maybe they don`t know and why is that? Because I am not letting them know that's why. Ginny hit it on the spot. Follow up is more then a phone call, it`s more then an email, it`s getting down to it and making it known. I have got to do a better job of following up. I have changed many things in the way I approach people and that has worked great. So what if I change it up on the way I follow up with them? Hmm will shall see.
One thing I wanted to mention on last nights call. It came up about this company being an Internet business and I`ll give it that. I don`t want to take that away, but that's not all it is. This is as much a people business as the next. It takes real caring people to be a world changer and to be there for the family like everyone does shows that this is the truth I speak. How many companies do you know that have their founder personally calling and making it her goal to see that we all succeed? I`m sure there are some but not as many as this world needs that's for sure. So I am heading out on a new day with a new frame of mind with that being present.
My daughter is coming over in the morning and bringing her camcorder! This should be fun. Update tomorrow!

You are right also this is a family. Everyone caring about everyone else. You don't normally see that. That's why this company is so different and Ginny is a GEM!
